Meet Jean, our nursery owner and director. Jean founded the setting with her husband in 2005 whilst raising her two two daughters. Her eldest daughter Laila works alongside her as the Nursery Manager. In the setting Jean will go above and beyond to ensure we are accommodating, welcoming and collaborative with each family each and every day to get the best out of every little one as they grow up and develop in the setting.
Our Nursery Manager Laila has grown up with the nursery and has worked in the setting for almost 10 years. She graduated in 2020 with a First Class BA Honours degree in Early Years and Enterprise at Leeds Beckett University. Laila focuses on a parent partnership in the setting and place a strong emphasis on child centred learning through The Curiosity Approach.
